Responsibilities, aka, what we'd like you to deliver :

● Own and drive high-impact strategic programs across operations, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

● Lead end-to-end program management from problem definition to execution, tracking milestones, risks, and outcomes.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams (city ops, supply chain, product, analytics) to drive execution excellence.

● Build and track key metrics (SLA, TAT, cost, productivity, utilization) and ensure consistent performance improvements.

● Design and implement scalable processes, SOPs, and governance frameworks across operations.

● Identify operational inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive data-backed solutions.

● Create and manage dashboards using SQL / Excel / BI tools to provide actionable insights to leadership.

● Drive automation and tech-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

● Act as a central point of coordination for multiple programs, ensuring stakeholder alignment and timely decision-making.

● Mentor and guide junior program managers / analysts, driving team productivity and ownership.

Are you who we're searching for :

● Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate (Engineering, Operations, or Management preferred)

● Experience: 5–8 years in Program Management, Operations Strategy, Consulting, or Supply Chain roles

● Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data-driven decision making

● Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs

● Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

● Experience in e-commerce / quick commerce / logistics / startup ecosystem preferred

● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment

● Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) and automation tools is a plus
