Job Description: -Program Manager
Experience : 4-6 Years
Roles and Responsibilities:
lAnalyzing the new projects & programs received, understanding the client requirements.
lManagers project & program schedules and scope
lMonitors trainers, subject matter experts, and vendors in terms of meeting program requirements (scope), schedules, budgets, and quality
lProvides weekly or bi-weekly status updates for the clients.
lInteracting with the Clients on a continuous basis regarding the specifications of the projects, handling their queries, keeping them updated about the status of the current projects through live chats, emails, and phones. (Customer Relations)
lManage the work and quality of content & training teams.
lManage and maintain content development schedules, budgets, deadlines, project team meetings, and schedules
lCommunicate content product status and delivery dates to stakeholders and promptly address any related questions.
lSupervise the generation of needed content development documentation for sales, product, and marketing
Requirements
lWe prefer candidates from the ed-tech, event management industry with program management experience.
lPrevious experience in SMEs management is required
lSomeone who has managed hackathons, challenges, events preferred
