Senior Program Manager - Solution Implementation

About the Role

We are looking for a highly accomplished and results-oriented Senior Program Manager - Solution Implementation to lead the successful delivery of complex, high-impact transformation programs. This role is critical in driving end-to-end implementation of technology-enabled business solutions while ensuring strong organizational adoption and operational readiness.

The ideal candidate will act as the bridge between solution design, operational delivery, and change management - ensuring that strategic programs are implemented effectively, adopted seamlessly, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires strong leadership across technology, operations, implementation, and stakeholder management with a focus on execution excellence, accountability, governance, and scalable delivery models.


What You'll Do

Program Governance & Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale strategic programs across multiple workstreams
  • Define robust program structures, governance models, delivery roadmaps, and execution frameworks
  • Ensure alignment across scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives
  • Drive implementation using standardized delivery playbooks, frameworks, and operational models

Solution Implementation & Transition

  • Partner with presales and solution teams to ensure seamless transition from solution design to execution
  • Validate delivery feasibility, operational readiness, and implementation scalability before project initiation
  • Identify implementation risks, gaps, and dependencies early in the lifecycle and drive resolution

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for overall program success
  • Drive coordination across technology, operations, HR, service delivery, and business stakeholders
  • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure timely milestone achievement and execution discipline
  • Establish KPI-driven governance and operational review mechanisms

Risk & Dependency Management

  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program-level risks and execution bottlenecks
  • Manage complex cross-functional dependencies across business and technology workstreams
  • Escalate critical issues effectively and drive timely decision-making

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Maintain transparent communication with executive sponsors, leadership teams, and key stakeholders
  • Present program updates, implementation status, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Build strong stakeholder alignment and ensure organizational readiness throughout program execution

Change Management & Adoption

  • Ensure seamless integration of technology implementation with organizational change management initiatives
  • Drive training, communication, process transformation, and adoption strategies
  • Focus on maximizing business value realization and user adoption outcomes

Standardization & Scalability

  • Enforce standardized implementation methodologies and scalable delivery practices
  • Prevent deviation into non-scalable or highly customized delivery approaches unless formally approved
  • Ensure adherence to approved technology stacks, SOPs, templates, and operational frameworks

What We're Looking For

Program Management Expertise

  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing large-scale, strategic programs
  • Proven experience delivering complex transformation initiatives involving both technology and business change
  • Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience managing multi-workstream implementations across cross-functional teams

Leadership & Execution

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Exceptional problem-solving, prioritization, and execution management capabilities
  • Experience managing program governance, escalations, dependencies, and operational risks
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced environments

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

  • Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes
  • Strong documentation and reporting capabilities for leadership audiences

Operational & Financial Acumen

  • Experience managing program budgets, resource planning, and delivery forecasting
  • Strong understanding of operational scalability, process transformation, and implementation excellence

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience working in global organizations with distributed teams
  • Experience managing delivery across India and/or international markets is a plus
  • Prior experience in technology implementation, digital transformation, or enterprise solution deployment environments preferred
