Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Referral & Repeat Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute strategies for revenue enhancement from the existing leads, overseeing an annual revenue of 300CR+.
Co-ordinate with Sales Team & marketing team to deliver revenue & marketing targets.
Design and manage processes across different verticals to maximize revenue.
Expert in Conducting Webinars, events, any marketing drive to generate leads.
Innovate, conceptualize and launch new initiatives to drive significant quarterly revenue.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expansion and growth.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional campaigns and initiatives.
2. Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
Monitor and quality-check the pitches by the sales team to ensure adherence to the highest standards.
Conduct call audits for the sales team to identify and implement conversion opportunities.
3. Data-Driven Reporting and Analysis: Business Analyst:
Implement dotted reporting mechanisms to manage and improve repeat business from a network of 100 agents, including sales and student support teams.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and insights, holding regular sessions with the bottom performers to elevate repeat sales numbers.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration and Support:
Collaborate with various business stakeholders to drive and track the performance of the repeat business.
Provide ongoing support and interventions for agents, ensuring consistent nurturing through various initiatives with a goal to drive and maximize repeat business.
Skill required -
Experience in Marketing & marketing ops. Experience as a Sales/Operations will be an add on.
Hands-on experience with E-learning platforms, MS excel, MS PowerPoint and Feedback tools
Excellent data analytical skill
Excellent organizational and cross team collaboration skills
Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation abilities is a must
Prior experience of either working on Sales CRM's would be preferred.
