Job Summary
Lead execution of retail ecommerce projects, managing 2-3 concurrent programs with 4-5 Scrum Masters and global teams of 60+ engineers. Ensure seamless handovers, risk mitigation, and delivery of business objectives through strong program management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end program execution for retail ecommerce initiatives, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage cross-functional global teams, coordinating with Scrum Masters to maintain agile delivery across time zones.
- Facilitate smooth project handovers, track milestones, and resolve risks to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Drive communication with executives, engineering leads, and clients to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Optimize processes for scalability, leveraging tools like Jira, MS Project, or similar for reporting and metrics.
Qualifications and Experience
- 8+ years in program/project management, with proven retail ecommerce execution.
- Experience handling 2-3 projects simultaneously, supervising 4-5 Scrum Masters and 60+ distributed engineers.
- Strong agile/scrum background (PSM/CSM certified preferred), with expertise in global team coordination.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and handovers.
- Background from startups or mid-level companies; exclude large consultancies like TCS/Infosys. Bachelor's in Engineering/CS or related.
