Senior Program Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across functions and drive measurable impact in education delivery. This cross-functional role involves collaborating with senior leadership, managing complex projects, and implementing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with founders and CXOs to identify and resolve critical challenges in academic programs and operations.
• Take end-to-end ownership of cross-functional initiatives across Product, Tech, Growth, and Operations teams.
• Serve as the central point of contact for project planning, execution, and reporting.
• Design and execute experiments to test new solutions, monitor outcomes, and derive actionable insights.
• Present strategic recommendations and data-driven findings to senior stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of innovative, industry-first solutions to maintain competitive advantage.
• Drive measurable outcomes and manage P&L responsibilities for designated functions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in Program Management or a similar strategic role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and structured thinking skills for managing complex initiatives.
• Proven business acumen with a track record of delivering high-impact cross-functional projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from a Tier-1 institution; MBA from a top-tier business school preferred.
• Exposure to Data Science and AI technologies is a strong plus.
