Job Title: Senior Program Manager – IT & Security Infrastructure

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex, multi-year initiatives within our IT and Cybersecurity portfolios. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of large-scale infrastructure upgrades, security compliance frameworks, and enterprise-wide technology deployments. The ideal candidate thrives in navigating the complexities of a global enterprise, managing diverse stakeholders, and mitigating risks before they become roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Execution: Translate executive vision into actionable program roadmaps, ensuring alignment with global IT and security standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2).
  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary point of contact for CISOs, CIOs, and business unit leaders to report on program health, budget variances, and strategic pivots.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead multiple project managers and engineering teams across disparate time zones to ensure integrated delivery.
  • Risk & Compliance Management: Proactively identify technical and operational risks. Ensure all IT projects meet rigorous security guardrails and regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage multi-million dollar program budgets, including vendor negotiations, CapEx/OpEx forecasting, and resource allocation.
  • Governance: Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committee meetings and standardized reporting metrics (KPIs/OKRs).

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 8–10+ years of experience in Program/Project Management, with at least 5 years specifically focused on IT Infrastructure or Cybersecurity in an enterprise environment ($1B+ revenue or 5,000+ employees).
  • Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of the SDLC, cloud migrations (AWS/Azure/GCP), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Zero Trust architecture.
  • Certifications: * Project Management: PMP or PgMP (Preferred).
    • Security/IT: CISSP, CISM, or CRISC (Highly desirable).
  • Methodology: Expert-level command of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid frameworks.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
Preferred Skills (The X-Factor)

  • Change Management: Proven ability to drive adoption for new security protocols across a resistant or non-technical workforce.
  • Vendor Management: Experience managing large-scale Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and software vendors.
  • Analytical Rigor: Ability to use data-driven insights (via Jira, Tableau, or PowerBI) to predict program slippage.
