Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly accomplished, results-oriented Senior Program Manager - Solution Implementation to join our team. This is a critical role responsible for the end-to-end successful delivery of complex programs that are foundational to our future success. These programs inherently involve a dual focus: implementing cutting-edge technology solutions while simultaneously executing the organizational change management (people solutions) necessary for successful adoption.
The Program Manager acts as the bridge between presales solution design and operational delivery, ensuring that what is sold is successfully implemented, adopted, and delivers measurable business value.
This role requires strong leadership across technology, operations, and change management, with a focus on driving accountability, managing dependencies, and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
The Senior Program Manager will own the lifecycle of major programs, ensuring integrated planning and flawless execution across all workstreams:
● Presales Transition & Solution Alignment
○ Partner with Solution Innovation (BPEs, Solution Design Consultants) to ensure a structured handoff from presales to implementation
○ Validate that the proposed solution:
- Aligns with standardized solution modules
- Meets delivery and operational feasibility
○ Identify and resolve gaps, risks, or ambiguities before implementation begins
● Program Governance & Planning:
○ Define and implement a robust program structure, detailed roadmaps, and a clear governance model to manage scope, schedule, and quality across multiple interdependent projects.
○ Lead the end-to-end implementation of standardized, modular solutions, ensuring alignment with defined playbooks and delivery frameworks
○ Establish and manage program governance, timelines, and milestones across all workstreams
○ Ensure adherence to implementation standards, templates, and SLAs
● Cross-Functional Accountability & Leadership:
○ Serve as the single point of accountability for program success.
○ Directly manage and influence technical leads (Engineering, IT) and business workstream leads (Operations, HR, Service Delivery) to ensure timely delivery of their specific milestones and outcomes.
○ Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive weekly and monthly cadence meetings to enforce delivery discipline.
● Risk & Dependency Management:
○ Proactively identify, quantify, track, and aggressively mitigate program-level risks.
○ Masterfully manage complex cross-workstream dependencies, ensuring bottlenecks are identified early and resolved swiftly through appropriate escalation channels.
● Stakeholder Communication & Management:
○ Maintain clear, consistent, and transparent communication with Executive Sponsors, Senior Leadership, and all program stakeholders.
○ Prepare and present high-quality program health updates, critical decision points, and necessary escalations to executive audiences.
● Integrated Solution Delivery:
○ Ensure the seamless integration of technology roll-out with organizational change management activities, including training, process redesign, and communication plans, to maximize solution adoption and business value.
● Standardization & Scalability Enforcement
○ Act as the primary enforcer of solution standardization during implementation
○ Prevent deviation into custom, non-scalable delivery models unless formally approved
○ Ensure consistent use of:
- Defined solution configurations
- Approved technology stack
- Standard operating procedures
Requirements and Qualifications:
● Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Program Management, specifically managing complex, multi-year, strategic initiatives.
● Demonstrated expertise in successfully managing programs with a significant technology component AND a significant organizational change/people component.
● Expert-level knowledge and practical application of various program/project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
● Exceptional executive-level communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills with a proven ability to influence senior leaders and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
● Strong financial acumen and experience in program budgets.
Preferred Qualifications
● PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
● Experience working within a global organization, managing teams and deliverables across diverse geographic locations (particularly India and/or the Philippines)
