Role Overview:

A Senior Program Manager to oversee and manage multiple ongoing and upcoming projects at Hosachiguru. This is a strategic role that does not involve direct execution but focuses on high-level program coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication. Ensuring alignment across teams and timely reporting to the Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the single point of contact for all projects across the organization.
• Micro & Macro Planning - Create both short-term (daily/weekly) and long-term (monthly/overall) plans to keep projects on track.
• Strategic Initiatives-Drive key improvements to make projects faster, cost-effective, and more efficient
• Monitor overall project progress, timelines, budgets, and milestones
• Prepare and present project status updates and action plans to the Managing Director and leadership team.
• Coordinate effectively with the Civil Team, Execution Team, and Architecture Team to align deliverables and resolve roadblocks.
• Maintain project trackers and dashboards for visibility and control.
• Identify risks and dependencies across projects and drive corrective actions proactively.
• Ensure effective documentation and communication across all stakeholders.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and drive accountability among internal teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant experience in program or project management, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or land development sectors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to present and influence at the leadership level.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite (MSP, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle a fast-paced environment.
• PMP certified is an added advantage
