Overall Scope of Responsibilities:
Lead the establishment of the Business of Marketing, Enrollments and Delivery of Online Programs of international university partners in the US, Canada, Australia, UK
Specific scope of work:
- Design: develop the design of the OPM business processes in consultation with other functions of the company and International University Partners (IUP)
- Team development: Build a dedicated team required to deliver on the design of the OPM and also leverage the existing teams in the company
- Marketing and Enrollment: Drive the marketing and enrollment of OPMs while working closely with the Performance Management, Content Marketing and Brand function
- Delivery: Define and implement processes, SLAs of operations within the OPM team and with different functions in the company that will enable OPM goals
- Partnerships:
- Build and nurture Academic Partnerships (AP) with domestic Universities to complement the online program content and experience offered by IUP.
- Build and nurture Corporate Partnerships (CP) with domestic and international companies to participate in offering specialised training to learners and also recruit graduates from the program
- Technology: guide and ensure the deployment of integrations between GradRight systems and the Partner Accounts LMS or Student Information System
- P&L: own the OPM business to manage its revenues, costs and financial management involving IUP, APs, CPs & service providers as applicable
