Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
- Manage end-to-end delivery of critical engineering programs and projects from initiation through closure.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution frameworks, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, SRE, QA, platform, and product teams to achieve delivery milestones.
- Provide clear and consistent status updates across multiple communication channels and organizational levels.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies; lead technical task forces to resolve blockers efficiently.
- Track program KPIs and success metrics, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous performance improvement.
- Balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Stakeholder Communication & Coordination
- Serve as a trusted partner for engineering leadership, product management, and support teams.
- Facilitate effective inter-team coordination to ensure clarity of priorities and timely execution.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable communication for diverse stakeholders.
Process Improvement & Governance
- Act as a champion of program management best practices, ensuring standardized methodologies across engineering.
- Continuously evaluate and refine project management processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
- Drive a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within engineering programs.
- Surface insights and recommendations to improve the PMO's efficiency and project delivery outcomes.
