Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in managing large-scale enterprise IT programs, digital transformation, migration, and re-platforming initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery, stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and coordination across multiple business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end program planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
2. Manage multiple workstreams, project milestones, deliverables, timelines, and dependencies.
3. Coordinate with Product Owners, Business Leaders, IT teams, vendors, and system integrators.
4. Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), action items, decisions, and escalations.
5. Identify project blockers and drive timely resolution to meet delivery commitments.
6. Manage integration dependencies across enterprise applications and technical teams.
7. Coordinate with architects on solution design and technical governance.
8. Drive migration strategies, release planning, implementation timelines, and deployment activities.
9. Ensure business requirements validation, functional signoffs, and business readiness.
10. Coordinate change management, stakeholder communication, training, and adoption.
11. Prepare executive-level status reports, KPI dashboards, and governance updates.
12. Manage vendor deliverables, performance, and accountability.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience.
• Enterprise IT and Digital Transformation Program Management.
• Experience in migration, re-platforming, or large-scale IT transformation.
• End-to-end project planning and execution.
• Stakeholder and executive management.
• Risk, issue, and dependency management (RAID).
• Vendor and system integrator management.
• Application integration and cross-functional coordination.
• Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP / PgMP certification.
• SAFe / Agile / Scrum certification.
• Experience managing enterprise-wide digital transformation programs.
