Senior Program Manager – Data, Business Analytics, and AI for Aftersales Business Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead aftersales business transformation initiatives focused on Data, Analytics, and AI. The ideal candidate will possess practical, hands-on expertise across the full Data, Analytics, and AI lifecycle—from data acquisition and management, to analytics and modeling, to AI deployment and monitoring. You will orchestrate cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment and driving project success by leveraging your technical knowledge and leadership skills.

This role requires strong stakeholder management, as you will interface with numerous departments and external partners. You must be adept at prioritizing competing demands, establishing clear criteria for success, and communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. The right person will inspire collaboration, drive a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure that business objectives are achieved through innovative, data-driven solutions.

Key responsibilities include overseeing data-driven transformation projects, setting project milestones, managing risks, championing people development, and ensuring delivery within scope and budget. Skills in stakeholder engagement, prioritization, change management, and AI evangelism are essential.

A critical responsibility of this role is developing and mentoring team members, fostering their growth and building organizational capability in data and AI. You will serve as an advocate for AI adoption, inspiring and educating stakeholders across the department about the value and transformative potential of AI-driven solutions.

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of relevant professional experience, including significant program management in large, matrixed organizations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Demonstrated hands-on experience across the Data, Analytics, and AI lifecycle
• Proven track record of developing and mentoring teams
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience evangelizing and implementing AI technologies in business transformation contexts
• Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver results in complex environments
