Senior Program Manager Cloud Platform & Application Engineering (Professional Services)
Role Overview
Client-facing delivery leader responsible for managing large-scale cloud platform and application engineering programs within Professional Services. Owns end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer governance. No hands-on execution required but must have strong functional understanding of cloud and modernization programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Delivery: Lead multi-workstream cloud & application engineering programs aligned to SOW (scope, cost, timeline, quality, risks).
- Pre-Sales & SOW Readiness: Support deal shaping, validate estimates, delivery plans, dependencies, and risks before SOW signoff.
- Financial Governance: Manage budgets, billing milestones, burn rate, forecasting, and change control.
- Stakeholder Management: Primary interface for customer executives and delivery partners; drive governance forums, escalations, and reporting.
- Team Leadership (No direct reports): Coordinate internal, partner, and subcontractor teams; mentor PMs and technical leads on best practices.
Mandatory Background + Skills
- Professional Services / Consulting / System Integration experience (mandatory)
- Proven delivery of cloud platform + application engineering programs
- Strong SOW-based delivery experience (Fixed Price, T&M, Milestone-based)
- Strong customer stakeholder management
- Pre-sales or SOW scoping exposure
- PMP certification (mandatory)
- Agile/Scrum, ITIL, or Cloud fundamentals (preferred)
Technical Knowledge (Working-level, not hands-on)

Experience & Education
- Bachelor's degree
- 15+ years of Professional Services delivery project management
