Job Description

A Senior Program Manager is responsible for the complete management of a large sized Channelplay project - usually with a team of Assistant Program Managers. The PM is finally accountable for all aspects of Client Relationship, Project Management Program Profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities

To manage client relationship through effective delivery and communication.
To plan and execute project activities and timelines.
To ensure project goals are delivered.
To manage project reporting and data analysis.
To manage project financials - revenue and cost management, invoicing, payment realization etc.
To manage team of APMs - their performance and professional development.
