Senior Program Manager - AI

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Program Manager to lead and oversee complex AI-focused projects for one of the world's leading multinational companies. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with the company's strategic objectives. This position is on a third-party payroll and offers an exciting opportunity to manage cutting-edge AI initiatives across multiple global markets.

• Program Leadership: Lead end-to-end management of AI-focused programs, including planning, execution, risk management, and delivery across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior executives, product teams, and AI experts to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Project Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, design, etc.) to track project progress, resources, timelines, and deliverables.
• AI Project Strategy: Define and execute the AI project roadmap, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices and standards.
• Vendor & Third-Party Collaboration: Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring smooth collaboration, effective communication, and contract adherence.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues in project execution and implement strategies to mitigate them.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage project data and performance metrics to make informed decisions and continuously improve program outcomes.
• Budget & Resource Management: Manage project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• AI Technology & Innovation: Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends, contributing to the development of innovative solutions and strategies for the organization.

• Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of program management experience, preferably in AI or technology-driven projects.
• AI Expertise: Strong understanding of AI technologies (e.g., machine learning, natural language processing, computer vision) and their practical applications in business.
• Project Management Skills: Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, cross-functional projects with tight deadlines and multiple stakeholders.
• Vendor Management: Proven track record in managing third-party vendors and service providers effectively.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and communication skills to influence decision-making, drive alignment, and motivate teams to meet project goals.
• Tools & Methodologies: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) and agile methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on collaboration and driving results.
• Language: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Additional language skills are a plus.

• Prior experience working in a global, high-paced MNC environment.
