Job Description

  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledge and use of Network Management Tools and integration experience with other Tools
  • Should be able to understand the network setup to troubleshoot the issues
  • Able to log case with Provider and OEM and follow up till closure
  • Updating and closing the Servicedesk ticket which is getting assigned
  • Should be able to perform basic troubleshooting on Router, Switches, and Firewall
  • Acknowledge the emails which are sent to network ID
  • Raising the CR or ECR
  • Changing the VLAN as per the Ticket/email
  • Responding to SolarWinds on the alert
