Role Description
The Senior Program Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves driving student enrollment for online and distance learning programs, offering personalized counseling to prospective students, and managing communication throughout the lead lifecycle. The Advisor will collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with institutional goals, analyze program performance, and improve conversion rates through CRM-based tracking and engagement strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills to connect with prospective students and build relationships.
- Proficiency in campaign strategy, digital marketing, and lead generation using platforms such as Meta, WhatsApp, SMS, and email.
- Ability to use CRM systems to manage lead engagement and conversion tracking effectively.
- Analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and optimize student acquisition strategies.
- Experience in higher education, enrollment management, or a similar domain is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; a post-graduate degree is an added advantage.
