Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Program Advisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. The Senior Program Advisor will guide and support prospective learners in choosing the right programs to achieve their career aspirations. This includes engaging with potential applicants, providing detailed program information, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to improve processes and deliver exceptional applicant support, contributing to the company's mission of driving career transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with prospective learners.
• Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and lead nurturing.
• Ability to research, analyze information, and provide tailored recommendations.
• Experience with program advising, education consulting, or customer service roles is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in any field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
