Role Description

• Full time role of Senior Program Advisor(sales) in noida
• Will be connecting with 100+ professionals daily via voicecall & videocall whenever needed.
• Need to counsel the learners for the right program or university including both domestic & global.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to interact effectively with prospective students and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, data management systems, and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word & Excel).
• Problem-solving abilities, time-management skills, and a proactive approach to handling inquiries and concerns.
• A background in education or professional certifications relevant to academic advising or counseling is a plus.
• Passion for education and commitment to empowering students through personalized support and advisory services.
