JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for candidates with 4-8 years of experience in production support within the banking domain, with exposure to Structured Finance / Lending platforms (e.g., LoanIQ or similar).
Expectations from the role,
. Ensure stability, availability, and resilience of structured finance platforms across front, middle, and back office systems
. Own and manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets with full accountability for SLA adherence and business impact
. Its L1/L2 support across the application stack (Windows, Unix/Linux, SQL, middleware, APIs, Java-based systems
. Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent fixes in collaboration with development teams
. Apply strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve complex production issues quickly and effectively
. Drive automation, monitoring improvements, and continuous efficiency gains to reduce manual effort and enhance platform reliability
. Work closely with business and cross-functional teams with clear ownership and proactive communication
. Demonstrate strong understanding of end-to-end deal lifecycle, including Risk, Accounting, Payments, and settlement flows
