Senior Production Merchandiser

Its product range covers diverse fits and fabrics, including Rayon, Viscose, Modal, Chiffon, Georgette, Yarn Dyed, Dobby, Jacquards, Lycra, Denim, Knits, and more.

Role Description The Senior production Merchandiser will manage the end-to-end merchandising cycle, costing, and order execution. Responsibilities include coordinating with international buyers, understanding their requirements, and ensuring timely approvals on samples and production. The role involves close collaboration with design, production, quality, and logistics teams to meet delivery timelines, quality standards, and margin objectives. The Senior production Merchandiser will maintain accurate order tracking and documentation, and proactively address any issues that could impact customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills for buyer interaction, internal coordination, and clear documentation.
• Customer Service and relationship management skills to handle global clients and maintain long-term partnerships.
• Experience in garment merchandising, in export house doing value added women apparel.
• Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, washes, fits, and garment construction processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other merchandising tools for costing, order tracking, and reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple orders, and meet strict deadlines.
• Ensuring that all samples go before time.
• Ensuring all fabric and trims are ordered well in time.
