We are looking for a battle-tested
Senior Production Manager with hands-on experience to own end-to-end production strategy, drive operational excellence, and deliver consistent year-on-year improvements in output, quality, cost, and safety. You will report directly to the Plant Head and lead a multi-functional team of 300+ professionals across multiple shifts.
This is not a desk job, it's a leadership role for someone who has scaled production lines, implemented Lean/Six Sigma at scale, and consistently delivered results in dynamic manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own complete production planning , scheduling, and execution to meet monthly/quarterly targets while maintaining 98%+ on-time delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives ( Lean , Kaizen , TPM , Six Sigma ) to reduce cycle time, minimize waste, and boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) by 15%+ annually.
- Drive cost optimization across raw material consumption, manpower productivity, and energy usage without compromising quality.
- Ensure 100% compliance with ISO , EHS , and statutory safety quality standards.
- Mentor, develop, and build high-performing production teams; implement succession planning for critical roles.
- Work closely with Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to resolve bottlenecks and implement new technologies.
