Senior Production Manager

Responsibilities:

Production:

·      Managing the workmen for achieving the periodic production targets, and machine scheduling (weekly/daily and shift wise).

·      First-hand experience in different manufacturing process of the cable namely Wire drawing, Stranding, Bunching, Extrusion of different compounds like PVC, LDPE, HDPE, XLPE, laying armouring etc.

·      Responsible for running of the manufacturing operation.

·      Spearheading production related tasks including planning.

·      Control and troubleshooting, handling shop floor operations.

·      Optimizing man machine utilization to achieve production targets.

·      Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement.

·      Knowledge of the RBD, MWD or MMH, BUNCHING REWINDING M/C and responsible for the production of all types of cables (Power/Control and Instrumentation).

·      Collecting the daily production figures key indicator reporting

·      Provide support to all total productive maintenance programs and design all required processes and appropriate schedules.

·      Responsible for overall supervision for production, inspection and maintenance activity

·      Maintain line cleanliness through good housekeeping practices. Develops appropriate programs in areas needing improvement planning.

·      Coordination and regular discussion and dealing with internal department also with intra department i.e., marketing, design, QA, dispatch etc.

·      To discuss with seniors for several decision & opinions, discuss with production figures technicians for day-to-day activity & planning Guide to subordinates to routine production related planning and problem solving.

·      Ensure adherence to Company policies and SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
