Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Production Manager for Shoes and Production Manager for Closing, located in Agra, India. Responsibilities include coordinating with various departments to achieve production targets, controlling inventory, maintaining equipment, and ensuring the production process aligns with safety and industry standards. The role also requires the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements to meet product and delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management for shoes, stitching, and leather goods
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to train, mentor, and manage a production team
• Expertise in quality control, production planning, and workflow optimization
• In-depth knowledge of leather materials, manufacturing processes, and equipment maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in fast-paced production environments
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience using production management systems and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in leather manufacturing or a related industry is a significant advantage
