We are looking to hire a Senior Production Manager with a minimum 12 years of experience. Who can help us to propel our Concept Clothing Private Limited brand to the next level with their production skills.

Production Manager must be specialised in Value added / Multi process , Women western wear garments for International market & must have experience of working with reputed export houses & top fashion oriented brands. The candidate will have responsibility to handle one factory of 250 machines from cut to pack. He will be reporting to the operations head.

Only candidates who have experience from Cutting to packing will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

(i) Should be proficient in production planning and control from cut to pack.

(ii) Ability to foresee the production challenges and implementation of measures.

(iii) Strong in production follow-up.

(iv) Should have sound knowledge of assembly line production. Should have ability to do line balancing and line setting in a quick and timely manner.

(v) Should be a person with quality mindset.

(vi) Should be able to implement the SOPs and process control.

(vii) Ability to coordinate between various departments.

(viii) Should be able to achieve targeted production cost effectively.

(ix) Should be able to manage finishing costs effectively.

Work Experience:

Minimum 12-15 years of Experience

Had worked with reputed export house.

Salary:

The salary will be commensurate with the work experience. Salary will not be a limiting factor for good candidate.
