Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Production Engineer located in Hosur. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee and optimize production processes, create and execute production plans, and ensure quality control standards are met. The role involves analyzing production workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with various teams to achieve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning
Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating and optimizing production processes
Expertise in implementing and maintaining Quality Control standards
Effective Communication skills to collaborate across departments and lead teams
Ability to manage workflows and prioritize tasks for on-time delivery
Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is advantageous
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
