Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed tasks related to debugging, troubleshooting, code-level fixes, root cause analysis, and AI-driven platforms.
- Customer-facing aspects include technical leadership, escalation management, and collaboration with success and sales teams.
Required Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of software engineering experience.
- Strong programming in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, or Java.
- Proficiency in debugging complex systems and reading/modifying production code.
- Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML, static analysis, software quality practices.
- Background in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering.
