Job Description

Senior Product Specialist – Customer Success We are looking for a Senior Product Specialist – Customer Success who will be directly allocated to various projects active in the South region. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact, working closely with the client's teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high engagement, and continued success with the Digii platform. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring a blend of relationship management, technical acumen, and a strong focus on customer outcomes. You'll represent Digii while being embedded with the client, helping them extract maximum value from our platform and acting as a bridge between their goals and our product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding & Enablement:

● Lead the onboarding and enablement process for the assigned clients, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience.

● Conduct product walkthroughs, training sessions, and workshops tailored to the client's business needs.

● Proactively monitor adoption metrics and recommend strategies to improve usage and value realization.

Customer Success & Relationship Management

● Build a strong, trusted relationship with client stakeholders to become their go-to advisor on platform use.

● Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and feedback sessions to ensure alignment with client goals.

● Identify and mitigate risks to client satisfaction, adoption, and retention. Client Advocacy & Feedback Management

● Act as the Voice of the Client within Digii, bringing forward actionable feedback and business use cases.

● Collaborate with internal teams to influence product roadmap decisions based on client insights.

● Document evolving client needs and platform gaps to ensure continuous improvement. Technical Enablement & Coordination

● Liaise between the client and internal teams (engineering, product, and support) to resolve any technical issues or challenges.

● Stay up to date with Digii's platform features and capabilities to deliver best-in-class support and guidance.

● Ensure smooth and timely resolution of client concerns to minimize downtime or disruption.

Key Requirements:

● At least 1 year of experience in related field

● Proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and analysis

● Ability to understand client KPIs and business goals

● Proven track record of driving strategic value and ROI for enterprise customers

● Experience in process implementation and cross-team communication

● A proactive and customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills

● Passion for working in a fast-paced SaaS environment

● Experience collaborating across Sales, Product, and Engineering teams
