Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own and lead product development end-to-end from discovery to launch to iteration
- Strong communication skills and experience managing multiple internal stakeholders from engineering to business
- Collaborate daily with engineering, mobile developers, and product teams
- Lead data-driven product initiatives and explore innovative ad formats
- Work on core ad formats as well as explore innovative formats based on market trends and feedback
- Join sales calls and talk directly with customers to translate needs into solutions
- Understand the market, especially the needs of advertisers and publishers
- Analyze performance metrics of our SDK products to monitor growth and feature adoption with each product release
- Grow our SDK products based on the data-driven insights that shape your roadmap
Skills Required:
- Proven record of being a Do-er and completing tasks end-to-end
- Outcome focused mindset
- 5+ years of professional experience in product management roles, at least 2+ years of product management experience in the ad-tech industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end product development, from ideation to launch
- Proven ability to work independently and take full ownership of product initiatives, with minimal oversight
- Data-driven decision-making skills with experience in analyzing product metrics and driving actionable insights
- Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders; you can speak their language and bridge the gap
- Experience in identifying business opportunities or pain points and translating them into clear product goals and strategic plans
- Technical background or familiarity with mobile development, APIs, or AdTech architecture is a plus
