As we continue to expand the Altima ecosystem, we are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Strategist who can help define how our products are positioned, differentiated, launched, and perceived in the market.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
We are looking for a strategic thinker who understands B2B SaaS products, enterprise buyers, competitive positioning, category creation, and go-to-market strategy.
You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping the future direction of our products and brands.
Your Mission
You will help answer some of the most important questions facing a growing SaaS business:
- How should our products be positioned in the market
- How do we differentiate ourselves from competitors
- How do we translate complex technology into compelling business value
- How do we create stronger brand recognition and market authority
- How do we build a category-defining fintech technology company
You will be responsible for helping shape the market perception of the Altima product ecosystem while driving strategic marketing initiatives that support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Positioning & Messaging
- Develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions across the Altima product suite
- Define buyer personas and customer-specific messaging
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Build differentiated narratives that resonate with enterprise decision-makers
- Ensure consistency across all product and marketing communications
Go-To-Market Strategy
- Develop go-to-market strategies for product launches and major feature releases
- Create launch plans, sales enablement materials, and marketing frameworks
- Work closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to support product adoption
- Support market expansion initiatives across different regions and customer segments
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing competitor and market research
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs
- Identify market gaps and strategic opportunities
- Provide actionable insights to support product and business decisions
Thought Leadership & Brand Strategy
- Help establish the Altima ecosystem as a recognized industry voice
- Define content themes and strategic narratives
- Support executive thought leadership initiatives
- Contribute to long-term brand development and category creation
Customer & Industry Research
- Conduct customer interviews and gather market feedback
- Analyze customer challenges and buying behaviour
- Develop insights that influence both product direction and marketing strategy
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams
- Align product capabilities with market requirements
- Ensure market feedback is incorporated into strategic planning
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, Brand Strategy, Go-To-Market Strategy, or B2B SaaS Marketing
- Proven experience marketing software products or technology platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS business models and enterprise sales cycles
- Experience building positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation frameworks
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into compelling business value
Preferred Experience
- Experience in FinTech, SaaS, Trading Technology, CRM, RegTech, Payments, WealthTech, or Enterprise Software
- Experience supporting global B2B markets
- Exposure to multi-product software companies
- Familiarity with financial markets, brokerage technology, or trading platforms will be an advantage
