Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, based in Gurugram, with the flexibility of occasional remote work. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will oversee product positioning, develop and execute go-to-market strategies, drive market research, collaborate with sales and product teams, and enhance product awareness and customer adoption. The role requires managing cross-functional initiatives to maximize market impact and ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Market Research and identifying customer insights to inform marketing strategies
• Expertise in Go-to-Market Strategy planning and execution, and successful product launches
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams to align product marketing efforts with revenue goals
• Familiarity with Product Management and cross-functional product lifecycle planning
• Proven ability in Product Marketing, including value proposition development and competitive analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• MBA or relevant advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in CX, SaaS, or technology sectors is a plus
