We act as the execution engine for brands built for shelves not search bars. From onboarding and listings to pricing strategy, fulfilment optimization, growth marketing, and platform operations we manage the complete lifecycle.

Role Overview
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of product positioning, platform growth, category expansion, and brand activation across Quick Commerce ecosystems.
This is a founding team role requiring high ownership, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to build scalable systems from scratch.
You will operate at the intersection of product, growth, supply, and marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product & Category Strategy
Define product positioning across Dairy, Staples, Bakery, Meat, Personal Care, and Impulse categories
Identify demand patterns and growth opportunities across cities and platforms
Lead category rollouts and SKU expansion strategies
2. Platform Marketing & Growth
Optimize product discoverability, search ranking, and conversion performance
Drive platform-specific campaigns and promotional strategies
Improve listings, content, pricing frameworks, and digital shelf visibility
3. Performance & Analytics
Track key metrics: GMV, conversion rate, repeat rate, fill rate, stock availability
Identify growth bottlenecks across supply, fulfilment, and platform operations
Build dashboards and execution playbooks
4. Founder's Office Collaboration
Partner directly with the Founder on high-impact initiatives
Translate strategy into execution roadmaps
Build scalable processes for multi-brand, multi-platform expansion
5. Cross-Functional Leadership
Coordinate with supply chain, operations, finance, and brand partners
Align marketing initiatives with platform constraints and inventory realities
Lead structured problem-solving across categories

Ideal Candidate Profile
610+ years in Product Marketing, Growth, Category Management, or Marketplace Operations
Experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, or Quick Commerce ecosystems
Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving ability
Comfortable working in high-speed, ambiguous environments
Founder's office or early-stage startup exposure preferred
Demonstrated ability to build systems from scratch
