About the Role:

International payments is complex, competitive, and evolving fast. At Razorpay, we're building the infrastructure that enables Indian businesses to grow globally; and we're doing it at speed.

As Senior Product Marketing Manager for International Payments, you will own the go-to-market strategy for Razorpay's cross-border payment products – including card acceptance, digital wallets, and global multi-currency accounts.

You will craft positioning that resonates with merchants, drive high-impact launches, arm the sales team with competitive assets, and more. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role where marketing, product, sales, and compliance intersect.

You'll work from problem definition to adoption: shaping ICP, value propositions, launch plans, and scaled programs to drive GMV and activation.

Our product team ships fast across new corridors, payment methods, and use cases, so you'll constantly work on zero‑to‑one bets as well as scaling proven products.

What You'll Do:

  • Own GTM for key launches end‑to‑end – customer and market insight, positioning, launch strategy, and post‑launch adoption
  • Work with the business and product team to scale up brand-building initiatives for the 1-10 journey for Razorpay International Payments Brand.
  • Turn complex international payments capabilities (FX rates, settlement, methods, compliance, risk) into clear, differentiated narratives grounded in merchant insights
  • Define ICPs and key segments (D2C exporters, SaaS founders, global marketplace sellers, design services, etc.) and build segment‑specific messaging, use cases, and proof points
  • Drive multi‑channel GTM programs (email, webinars, roundtables, social, PR etc.) to deepen engagement and adoption
  • Build social proof at scale – identify the right merchants, craft case studies and customer stories, and plug them into sales material and social campaigns
  • Partner with Product and Growth to identify opportunities across merchant cohorts, payment methods, and use cases
  • Enable sales with sharp narratives and assets – pitch decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, objection‑handling, and regular training

What You Bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience in product marketing, brand building or similar, with meaningful experience owning launches and GTMs for technical or fintech products
  • You've owned multiple products or major feature launches end‑to‑end and can speak to their impact
  • You are a strong storyteller – you can take complex products and make them resonate with founders, product, and finance leaders
  • You thrive in fast‑paced environments and can juggle multiple priorities
  • You work well cross‑functionally – you can bring product, sales, growth, design, and PR together around a clear GTM plan
  • Experience in fintech/payments is a plus; exposure to cross‑border or international payments is an added advantage, but not mandatory
