About the Role

We're looking for a strategic marketer who understands how modern brands are built in culture, not just in media plans.

This role will lead integrated launch campaigns for leading consumer technology brands, with a strong focus on smartphones and connected devices. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, creative instinct, consumer understanding, and strong execution capability to deliver campaigns that create buzz, drive consideration, and influence purchase intent at scale.

What You'll Do

  • Lead Product Launch Strategy
  • Build end-to-end go-to-market strategies for new product launches across multiple phases — teaser, reveal, launch, and sale.
  • Develop differentiated narratives for premium, youth-focused, gaming, and mass-market audiences.
  • Create launch roadmaps that balance long-term brand building with business outcomes.
  • Drive Integrated Campaigns

Conceptualize and execute high-impact marketing campaigns across:

  • Digital media, Social platforms, Influencer & creator ecosystems, Celebrity collaborations, Video & content partnerships, Live commerce and experiential moments and On-platform visibility and merchandising
  • Develop culturally relevant campaign ideas that resonate with internet-first audiences.
  • Shape Brand Storytelling
  • Translate product features into compelling consumer narratives.
  • Guide creative development across films, launch assets, messaging frameworks, and campaign properties.
  • Ensure campaigns feel contemporary, differentiated, and emotionally engaging — not just feature-led.

Consumer & Market Insights

  • Analyze consumer behavior, category trends, competitive activity, and campaign performance to uncover actionable insights.
  • Identify emerging opportunities in youth culture, entertainment, sports, gaming, and creator ecosystems that brands can authentically participate in.

Stakeholder & Partner Management

  • Collaborate with brand teams, agencies, media partners, creators, and internal cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution excellence.
  • Present strategic recommendations and campaign narratives to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.

Sales Event & Seasonal Marketing

  • Build strategic campaigns around marquee moments including festive sales, major sporting events, cultural moments, and platform-led shopping events.
  • Develop launch amplification plans that maximize visibility and momentum during high-intent shopping periods.

What we are looking for in you

  • A marketer with strong strategic and creative instincts.
  • Someone who understands both brand-building and digital performance.
  • Deeply aware of internet culture, consumer trends, and what drives conversation online.
  • Comfortable moving between strategy decks, campaign brainstorming, stakeholder discussions, and execution reviews.
  • Naturally curious about how people discover, evaluate, and engage with brands today.

Preferred Experience

6–10 years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, integrated marketing, category marketing, or launch strategy.

Experience in consumer technology, smartphones, electronics, e-commerce, or digital-first brands is preferred.

Proven experience managing large-scale campaigns or product launches.
