Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Marketing Manager

Job Purpose
IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for a seasoned marketing professional to lead marketing initiatives for our Business Banking vertical and Rural Marketing segment. This role will focus on driving Bank's visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement through integrated marketing strategies tailored for SMEs, corporates, and rural markets.
The role requires someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and can deliver standout work across digital, on-ground, and content-driven platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Leverage customer insights, competitor benchmarking and market trends to shape marketing strategies and product narratives.
- Develop clear, differentiated positioning and messaging for Business Banking and Rural products- Own and execute GTM strategies for product launches across channels including digital, social, influencer, and on-ground activations.
- Design rural outreach programs community engagement, region specific content, on-ground activations to build strong brand presence in rural markets.
- Own Customer-Centric Storytelling by translating complex product features into simple, relatable benefits tailored for distinct customer segments, ensuring each segment sees clear value aligned to their unique needs and aspirations.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize plans to drive ROI and customer impact.
- Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure high-quality, on-time execution.
Education Qualification
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 5 - 10 years of relevant experience.
