We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Leader to shape the market story for our orchestration-led portfolio, with a strong focus on HCL UnO and HCL HWA.

This is not a conventional marketing role. It is a high-impact opportunity for someone who can define the narrative, sharpen positioning, drive demand generation, enable sales, and translate complex enterprise technology into clear business value.

What you will lead

• Define differentiated positioning and messaging for HCLSoftware's Automation, DevOps, and Mainframe portfolio.
• Shape the market narrative for Automation Orchestration, positioning HCL UnO and HCL HWA as foundations for process, hybrid, and agentic orchestration.
• Own integrated marketing plans across digital campaigns, webinars, events, partner motions, and account-based programs.
• Drive demand generation and market awareness with measurable pipeline impact.
• Partner with Sales, Geo Marketing, Product, and Partner teams to support regional growth.
• Amplify analyst recognition, customer proof points, ROI stories, and market validation.
• Build sales and partner enablement assets that help convert interest into qualified opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional execution with structure, ownership, and discipline.

Who we are looking for

A senior marketing leader with:

• 15+ years deep enterprise software product marketing experience.
• Strong understanding of software, SaaS, automation, orchestration, AI, or adjacent enterprise technology areas.
• Proven experience defining and executing annual and quarterly marketing plans.
• Budget ownership and strong project management discipline.
• Experience leading teams and working across global stakeholders.
• Ability to turn technical complexity into compelling customer and market narratives.
• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.

Location: India (Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad)
