About Zintlr

Zintlr is a B2B sales intelligence platform that crossed $1M ARR with 150+ customers across 32+ countries. Our two product lines — the Data Suite (verified contact and company data) and the Personality Suite, zPersonality (DISC + OCEAN buyer intelligence) — are used by sales, marketing, and revenue teams to prospect smarter and convert better. We are headquartered in Bengaluru. We are 45–47 people. We are growing fast.

 

The role

You will own Zintlr's full product surface and lead the most important transformation in the company's next 12 months: building a real PLG engine, making the product AI-first, and launching our B2B2B API as a developer-facing product line.

Today, every dollar Zintlr earns is sales-led. We need that to change. Our category — sales intelligence — is dominated by PLG-built businesses (Apollo, Lusha) and we cannot win on sales motion alone. The product itself has to convert.

This is a Senior PM title with founder-level ownership. You will report to the CEO, work in lockstep with the data co-founder on the Data Suite, and coordinate with the engineering co-founder's Backend, Frontend, Innovation, and QA leads. You inherit two designers, one junior analyst, and a QA team. A separately-hired PMM is your peer.

 

What you'll own

• Build Zintlr's PLG funnel from scratch — freemium model, activation, trial-to-paid conversion, and retention. Take self-serve ARR from $0 to $500K in 12 months and 30% of total revenue from PLG.

• Rebuild the in-product user experience — onboarding, navigation, value moments, upgrade prompts. Today the product does not navigate users toward a buying journey. That is your fix.

• Make Zintlr AI-first — every major feature evaluated against what does this look like with AI Ship agentic experiences inside the product, not just AI as a sidecar.

• Launch the B2B2B API as a separate product line — pricing model, dev docs, design partners, developer experience. Make Zintlr consumable by AI agents (MCP and programmatic surface) as a first-class use case.

• Own pricing and packaging — propose, validate, and ship pricing changes (founder + sales-head approval).

• Run a tight delivery operation — top 4 of 10 Day-1 priorities shipped with proof-of-outcome by Day 60. Roadmap hit rate >75% by Q2.

• Be the customer-signal translator — synthesize G2 reviews, Reddit threads, LinkedIn sentiment, sales-team feedback, and direct customer pain into a roadmap. Direct customer pain → spec → ship cycle ≤ 60 days.

 

What we're looking for

Mandatory:

• 5–8 years of B2B SaaS PM experience.

• Prior ownership of a PLG product with a real $0 → $X self-serve ARR story you led, not just contributed to.

• 2+ years shipping AI-powered features in production (not exploring AI tools — actually shipping).

• Strong data fluency — defines metrics, builds dashboards, reads them daily.

• Technical fluency — can read SQL, understand basic API/DB design, coordinate with engineering heads without a translation layer.

• Mathematical / quantitative reasoning — visible in how you sequence work and defend calls.

Strongly preferred:

• Horizontal SaaS experience (multi-persona, multi-product, multi-segment).

• ICP-similarity bonus per 00_Hiring_Philosophy.md §7 — sales-tech, GTM-tech, RevOps, or B2B data background.

• Hands-on with PLG playbooks at companies like Apollo, Lusha, Postman, Atlan, Notion, Linear, Vercel, Supabase, Retool.

• Exposure to MCP / agent / programmatic-API product design.

• Experience launching a developer-facing product line.

 

What we don't filter on

We don't filter on FAANG / unicorn logos, formal degrees, or English fluency. We filter on clarity of thought, demonstrated impact, and AI-first operating style. (Per 00_Hiring_Philosophy.md §6.)

Compensation

Competitive pay — fixed, variable tied to PLG and shipping outcomes, and meaningful ESOPs. Variable is structured to reward outcomes (PLG ARR, shipping velocity, product quality) with a Day-60 accountability gate. Specific numbers are constructed per candidate. Full structure detailed at offer stage.

Pace and work model

Pace: Most weeks at Zintlr are normal-paced. Some weeks are intense — we're scaling fast. If you need predictable 9-to-5 hours to perform, this role is not the right fit.

Location: This is an in-office role based in Bengaluru.
