Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the conception, development, and execution of an AI-driven Operating System tailored for the Digital Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, product strategy, and an entrepreneurial mindset to build a scalable, market-defining platform.
The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, define product strategy, and collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions for global enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for an AI Operating System focused on the GCC landscape.
- Translate market insights, customer needs, and business objectives into clear product requirements and prioritized backlogs.
- Drive product development from ideation through launch and continuous iteration, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Partner closely with engineering, AI/ML, design, and data teams to build scalable, secure, and modular platform capabilities.
- Define success metrics and track product performance using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including enterprise clients, to validate product-market fit and refine value propositions.
- Stay current with emerging trends in AI platforms, enterprise SaaS, and GCC operating models to inform product strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 34 years focused on platform, AI/ML, or enterprise SaaS products.
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to work closely with engineering and AI/ML teams.
- Proven experience building products from concept to scale in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, manage trade-offs, and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior exposure to GCCs, enterprise operating models, or large-scale B2B transformation platforms.
- Experience with AI-first products, operating systems, or data platforms.
- Entrepreneurial experience or involvement in 0-to-1 product builds.
