Senior Product Manager – B2C & B2B
Location - Bangalore
Role Overview & Responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale our B2C and B2B product lines.
You l drive the product strategy and roadmap across consumer subscription experiences and enterprise/institutional offerings, balancing growth, retention, and revenue across both segments. You l work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and content teams to ship products that delight readers and win business clients — with AI as a core lever across the portfolio.
B2C
Own the consumer product roadmap across web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Drive subscriber acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention through data-informed product decisions.
Optimize the subscription funnel, pricing/pay w a l experiments, onboarding, and content discovery.
Improve reading experience and habit-forming features to grow LTV and reduce churn.
B2B
Define and grow the enterprise/institutional product (libraries, education, corporate, hospitality, aviation).
Build admin dashboards, bulk licensing, SSO, usage analytics, and reporting tools for organizational clients.
Partner with sales and account management to translate client needs into scalable product features.
Support integrations, API offerings, and white-label/embedded solutions for partners.
AI & Product Innovation
Define and execute the AI roadmap, identifying high-impact use cases tied to growth and retention.
Leverage LLMs and Gen AI to build content tagging, translation, and automated curation capabilities.
Build AI-driven insights and reporting for enterprise clients (usage trends, content recommendations)
Use AI to improve internal workflows
content operations, support automation, and experimentation velocity.
Partner with engineering and data science on model selection, evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
Cross-cutting
Lead the full product lifecycle: discovery, requirements, specs, launch, and iteration.
Use data (analytics, A/B testing, user research) to inform decisions and measure impact.
Collaborate with engineering and design on execution; manage stakeholder alignment
Track competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging content/distribution models.
Requirements -
5+ years of product management experience
Proven experience shipping consumer (B2C) products at scale, ideally subscription, media, content, or app-based.
Experience with B2B/enterprise or SaaS products (admin tooling, licensing, integrations) strongly preferred.
AI-enabled in day-to-day work
Fluent in using AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, specs, and analysis.
Strong understanding of LLMs and its limitations, and how to apply them to real product problems
Strong analytical ski ls; comfortable with funnels, cohort analysis, experimentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
Experience working with mobile and web platforms; familiarity with monetization and paywal strategies.
Background in digital media, publishing, streaming, or content platforms is a plus
Familiarity with API products, SSO, and enterprise security/compliance needs is a plus
Experience in global or multi-market product environments is a plus
