Senior Product Manager

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to drive high-impact product initiatives in the Lending space within a fast-growing fintech environment.

Location- Mumbai (Hybrid)

Experience- 6+ Years

Mandatory: Fintech Lending experience (Non-Banking only – NBFCs, Fintech startups, Digital lending platforms)Profiles from pure banking backgrounds (without fintech exposure) will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for lending products (Personal Loans)
• Drive business growth through data-driven decision-making and customer-centric solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Risk, Ops, Sales) to deliver scalable products
• Improve customer experience across the lending lifecycle (origination to servicing)
• Mentor junior product managers and drive execution excellence

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Product Management experience
• Mandatory: Fintech Lending experience (Non-Banking only – NBFCs, Fintech startups, Digital lending platforms)
• Strong understanding of lending lifecycle, risk, and customer experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling digital products
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
• MBA from Tier 1 institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, etc.) – Mandatory

Important Note:

We are specifically looking for candidates with:

• Hands-on Fintech Lending experience outside traditional banks
• Tier 1 MBA background
