Ednxt.ai is Looking for:

SEITO (by EdNXT AI) is building an AI-native operating system for education — covering the enrollment suite, learning suite, and support suite for universities and institutions. We are at a zero-to-one stage, shipping live products used by real universities, and we are looking for a Product Manager who will own one of our products end-to-end.

What You Will Do

• Own the full product lifecycle for one product within SEITO's education OS — from roadmap and prioritisation to shipping and measuring outcomes
• Prototype solutions using AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent) to rapidly validate ideas before engineering cycles begin
• Define and drive growth loops, conversion metrics, and enrollment outcomes for your product area
• Identify and automate operational workflows using AI agents, scripts, or no-code tooling
• Collaborate with internal engineers and external consultants to ship weekly; be accountable for outcomes, not just output
• Work directly with university partners to understand problems and close the feedback loop fast
  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant PM experience at a product or services company — what matters is the quality and ownership of the work, not the company type
• Demonstrable AI product experience: shipped at least one LLM, agent, or AI-native feature in a production environment
• Measurable, outcome-based impact — on your resume or validated through screening; tasks without results are not enough
• Zero-to-one product building background or one-to-ten product scaling experience
• Product ownership mindset — you are accountable for the product's success, not just your workstream
• Has prototyped or experimented with AI tools to solve a real problem; curiosity and hands-on AI experimentation are non-negotiable
  
  

Good to Have

• Background in EdTech, HRTech, FinTech, or B2B SaaS
• Experience with EMI, instalment, or affordability payment flows
• Hands-on experience with LLM evals, RAG systems, or prompt engineering
• GitHub profile or live portfolio demonstrating real projects
• Platform product experience (multi-tenant SaaS or platform-level thinking)
• Founding engineer or very early-stage startup background (pre-PMF)
• Currently based in Bangalore
