Responsibilities
- Own the platform product roadmap — define, prioritise, and drive infrastructure initiatives that support
- Collaborate deeply with engineering on technical architecture, tech specs, and system design decisions,
- Talk to internal teams and customers to understand platform needs, pain points, and performance gaps.
- Define and track key platform metrics — uptime, latency, throughput, adoption, and developer
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and ops teams to build consensus and drive
- Stay current on infrastructure trends, platform engineering best practices, and the evolving AI/ML
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on platform capabilities, positioning, and pricing strategy.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of overall experience, with significant time spent as a Platform Product
- Engineering background — hands-on experience working on critical infrastructure,
- Computer Science degree from a top-tier institute (IITs, BITS, NITs, or equivalent).
- Strong technical depth — comfortable reviewing tech specs, engaging in architecture
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments where speed and quality both
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex
- Persistence and resourcefulness — a whatever-it-takes approach to unblocking teams
