Senior Product Manager - Technical

You'll directly impact the business by leading the development and execution of product strategies for a significant product area, driving innovation and growth. You'll mentor and guide a team of Product Managers, fostering their growth and development. Your ability to influence stakeholders and drive team alignment will be essential to our success.  

Your day-to-day: 

• Lead product strategy: Develop and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a significant product area.  
• Manage a product portfolio: Oversee a portfolio of products or features, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.  
• Drive innovation: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, conducting market research and user analysis to validate ideas.  
• Lead and mentor: Guide and mentor a team of Product Managers, providing direction and support.  
• Influence stakeholders: Effectively communicate and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to gain buy-in and support for product initiatives.  
• Drive product adoption: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product launches and user adoption.  

What you need to bring: 

• 6+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading successful product initiatives.  
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA preferred.  
• Experience managing and mentoring a team of Product Managers.  
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.  
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at all levels.
