We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager(Multi-Cloud) to join our product team. In this critical role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for our core networking platform. You will serve as a strategic bridge translating complex technical capabilities into a world-class user experience for platform engineers and DevOps teams.
This is a high-visibility position requiring a blend of deep technical knowledge in cloud infrastructure and strong strategic product thinking.
Responsibilities
- Roadmap Strategy & Execution: Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term vision and business objectives. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, market research, and technical feasibility.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Lead the entire product development process from ideation to launch. Create detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Developer Experience (DX) Ownership: Drive the design of API-first interfaces, Terraform providers, and developer portals. Ensure the product is intuitive for technical users (DevOps/SREs) and supports modern CI/CD workflows (NetDevOps).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, QA, and UX teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep competitive analysis of the multi-cloud networking landscape. Identify market gaps and emerging trends.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for product adoption and usage. Utilize analytics to monitor product health and drive continuous improvement in the onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- 8+ years of total experience in the software industry.
- Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Cloud Infrastructure, or Networking.
- Technical Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of public cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, BGP, VPN, DNS). Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible) and Kubernetes is highly desirable.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to balance immediate customer needs with long-term strategic goals. Experience managing trade-offs between feature delivery and technical debt.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-border teams and articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a high-growth startup environment (0 to 1 product launches).
- Familiarity with modern networking technologies such as eBPF, Cilium, or Service Mesh.
- Previous experience working with US-headquartered companies in a global role.
