What you'll Do
As a Product Manager at Sprinklr, you'll own the end-to-end lifecycle of a product module within our suite. You will:
- Take complete ownership of a module from gathering requirements, collaborating with design and engineering teams, driving execution, to launching and supporting the product.
- Work closely with senior product leaders to define and drive the roadmap for Sprinklr s Marketing Suite, helping CMOs and marketing leaders solve complex digital and social marketing challenges.
- Partner with other Product Managers to shape cross-platform product strategies, giving you exposure to Sprinklr s comprehensive Unified-CXM ecosystem.
- Engage directly with global brands to understand their business needs and consult on configuring Sprinklr s platform to deliver maximum value.
- Analyze product usage data to identify pain points and continuously improve user experience.
- Drive product adoption by establishing best practices and working cross-functionally to implement them.
What we're Looking For
- 4-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or MarTech.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex workflows into scalable, productized solutions.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Experience collaborating across design, engineering, and customer success teams in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of influencing stakeholders and presenting to leadership.
- A bias for action, ownership mindset, and passion for building world-class enterprise products.
