Why This Role Matters:

This role is critical in defining the strategic direction and long-term success of an end-to-end product domain. As a domain lead, you will chart a 12–18 month strategy, make key trade-off choices, and independently set domain priorities that drive business growth and platform stability. In addition to driving domain outcomes, you will lead cross-functional squads and mentor junior product managers. Depending on organizational assignment, the role may oversee domains such as Adhikari onboarding and KYC, assisted payments, merchant acceptance, lending, insurance, growth and engagement, internal sales tools, risk/compliance platforms, or shared product infrastructure. Across all domains, you will be accountable for balancing customer value, business viability, technical feasibility, operational simplicity, platform reliability, and regulatory compliance.

How You'll Contribute:

• Strategic Vision & Roadmap: Formulate and execute a comprehensive 12–18 month product domain strategy that directly supports revenue, margin, and business expansion goals.
• Autonomous Decision-Making: Independently establish product priorities, balance competing demands, and make strategic choices within your domain.
• Squad Leadership & People Development: Lead and actively coach junior PMs to foster team growth and high execution standards.
• End-to-End Metric Ownership: Take ultimate P&L/performance responsibility for domain health, including revenue contribution, margins, active adoption, retention loops, system reliability, and minimization of fraud/ operational losses.
• Multi-Dimensional Balance: Deliver solutions that harmoniously integrate customer value, business viability, scalable architecture, operational simplicity, high availability, and strict adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with senior business, risk, operations, and technology leaders to align domain goals with broad company objectives.

What Will Make You Successful:

• Education & Experience: B.Tech/BE or MBA (preferably from Tier-1 institutes) with 4–6 years of overall experience, including 4+ years in core Product Management owning full domain lifecycles in Fintech, Digital Payments, or high-scale Tech Startups.
• Proven Domain Leadership: Experience driving 12–18 month strategies, making complex portfolio choices, and leading multi-disciplinary product squads.
• Mentorship & People Management: A track record of coaching junior team members and building high performing product practices.
• Business & Financial Acumen: Strong capability to connect product metrics directly to top-line revenue, bottom-line margins, risk controls, and system stability.
• Empathy for Bharat: Deep insight into rural merchant behaviors, assisted tech adoption, and designing intuitive digital journeys for underserved markets.
• Executive Presence: Outstanding stakeholder management skills to articulate strategic trade-offs and drive consensus across business and technical leadership.
