Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) to lead our product initiatives in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for creating innovative products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products.
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
• Create detailed product specifications and requirements documentation.
• Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software environment.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
• Technical background in software engineering or computer science is a plus.
