About the Role: As a Sr Product Manager at SaveIN, you will play a critical role in shaping the product vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders, to deliver innovative and customer-centric solutions that enhance the healthcare financing experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and drive the user experience across Android, iOS, and Web applications.
- Leverage data insights, merged with qualitative user feedback, prioritize the right set of problems, and build user-centric product features to test your hypothesis.
- Lead a cross-functional team, partnering with engineering, design, analysts, data science, and other teams to ship products to end users.
- Understand that one size doesn't fit all and conceptualize solutions that are configurable and adaptable to the maximum extent possible.
- Be in the details- know your team's work in-depth, from Figma screens to API names and contracts.
- Define clear and well-scoped PRDs and usability documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
- Education: BTech + MBA
- Experience: 6-8 years in product management.
Must-Have Skills:
Product Ownership & Execution
- 68 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 23 years in B2C fintech/lending/consumer apps.
- Must have experience in shipping and scaling consumer-facing products with >200K Monthly Active Users (MAU).
- Proven ability to translate business needs into user-centered digital products.
- Hands-on experience with agile tools (JIRA, Notion, Figma, Mixpanel/GA4, Postman, etc.).
Analytical & Growth Mindset
- Data-driven decision maker; can define and track metrics (activation, conversion, CAC, retention).
- Comfort with funnel analytics, SQL, and running product experiments.
- Obsessed with improving product-market fit through user insights and iteration.
Customer Empathy & Design Sense
- Strong understanding of consumer psychology and user journeys in financial or healthcare domains.
- Ability to work closely with UX/UI to deliver seamless, trustworthy experiences.
Collaboration & Ownership
- Experience leading cross-functional pods with tech, marketing, ops, and partnerships.
- Entrepreneurial ownership and comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Industry Edge
- Experience in healthtech, wellness, or BNPL domains.
- Familiarity with credit lifecycle, lending APIs, and partner integrations.
Tech Fluency
- Understanding of backend systems, APIs, data pipelines, and app architecture.
- Prior exposure to AI-driven personalization or recommendation systems.
Growth & Marketing Collaboration
- Worked closely with performance marketing and CRM/retention teams to align product and growth loops.
- Experience with gamification, referral, or rewards systems in consumer apps.
Leadership & Culture Fit
- Experience mentoring junior PMs or leading a product vertical.
- Bias for action, hands-on problem-solving, and comfort with 01 and 110 product scaling.
