The Issuer & BD Solutions team, part of Data & Research, recognizes that a collaborative and positive work environment is essential to our success. Our team manages a portfolio of digital products designed to support the Investor Relations community in their core workflows while enabling the efforts of our internal advisory business. Together, we empower over 2,000 global corporations to effectively engage with the investment community. Additionally, we provide solutions that support the sell-side institutions involved in corporate access and event management.

Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Lead strategic product initiatives for data platform development, defining long-term roadmaps and driving cross-functional alignment between Data Engineering, Cloud Engineering, and business stakeholders across Issuer & BD Solutions
  • Own end-to-end product delivery for complex data infrastructure projects, from requirements gathering through implementation, ensuring scalable solutions that serve as the single source of truth for multiple product lines
  • Mentor and guide junior Product Managers and analysts, providing technical guidance on data requirements, user story development, and agile best practices while building team capabilities
  • Drive stakeholder engagement at senior levels, translating complex technical data challenges into business value propositions and securing buy-in for strategic data platform investments
  • Establish and optimize product processes including backlog management, requirement refinement, and cross-team coordination to accelerate time-to-market for data-driven features and solutions
  • Champion data governance and architecture standards, working with engineering teams to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and compliance with enterprise data management principles

What We're Looking For:

Basic Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience with demonstrated success in B2B SaaS products, preferably in financial services, data analytics, or enterprise software environments
  • Strong technical acumen with experience working alongside engineering teams on data platforms, APIs, analytics tools, or cloud-based infrastructure solutions
  • Experience with data technologies and platforms such as cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift), data pipeline tools (Apache Airflow, Databricks, or similar), and analytics platforms
  • Strong background in agile methodologies and experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps for backlog management and cross-team coordination
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships, with experience translating technical requirements into business outcomes
  • Experience with financial services or data-intensive industries, understanding regulatory requirements and data governance principles in enterprise environments
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills with ability to present complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at various organizational levels
  • Global mindset with cultural awareness and ability to work effectively across different time zones and international market

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Business, Data Science, or Engineering with experience in product strategy and roadmap development for enterprise data solutions
  • Product management certification or training (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Product Management certification) with demonstrated experience in product discovery methodologies and user research
  • Financial services domain expertise including knowledge of capital markets, trading systems, risk management platforms, or regulatory reporting requirements in global markets
